I called TWS and Jeremy showed up first thing the next day. He was super thorough - climbing the roof and checking each alcove or possible way for rodents to enter the home, assessing the entire exterior, garage, ducting, etc. In less than an hour, he had installed metal grate/netting that covered any passageways the rodents may have been accessing. He not only sealed the grates with heavy screws, but also with concrete around their perimeters to make it impossible for that passageway to be used again by any small animals. Traps were set in case his grates sealed any critters inside, and Jeremy followed up several times to check the traps. Nothing was caught, so after a couple of weeks he determined that we did not seal any rodents inside our new home, and that no more would be getting inside without our permission. Great price. Great service. Great guys. TWS is the first company I will call for any pest issues. read less

It’s always great to find a company and staff with integrity. Jeremy came to our condo in OC, inspected our attic, roof and the entire exterior of the property to find entry sites. He sealed them with with metal and concrete for a long term solution (versus just filling them with foam or plastic) and followed up with us each week to ensure the rodents hadn’t returned. We had a skunk get into the crawl space under our house. After we paid another company to unsuccessfully complete the mission. The inspector did not mention anything about animal damage in the attic. So we called The Wildlife Specialist and they were very knowledgeable and on it. They located, sealed all the entry points and cleaned up the mess in the attic. Also we liked the fact that they gave a warranty with their work, that made us feel comfortable hiring them.
